Excellent leadership and a good, healthy working environment. Typically fairly laid back. Expectations are high, but leadership does a good job of encouraging people and bringing out their best rather than tearing people down or threatening them when things aren't going as quickly as they'd like.

Cons

Compensation is not always the best. Lots of good benefits, but pay typically below average range.
