I really loved working as an RA at BJU. It was a great ministry! I really loved being able to get to know the girls on my hall and help counsel them and help them when needed.

Cons

I never got to go to bed early because I had to check to make sure the girls on my hall got back safely. As a tired college student it would have been nice to go to bed early sometimes.
