Pros

There are some great people that work here. The benefits are ok, and the perk of being able to take a college class/semester is nice.

Cons

There are some grouchy people here. I think some managers are just too nice to fire them. Additionally, the pay for some positions is very low.

Pros

good Christian mission, people you work with are great, you get to help other people. If you're married and have children, you have decent educational benefits. If you are single - there is no compensation that matches. This particular form won't let me change the CEO, so when I say i approve of the CEO - it is the new CEO that I am approving of - Steven Pettit. ENough said.

Cons

Pay is stinky, no cost of living raises since 2008. most upper level management does not listen to anything you have to say.
