      Pros

      Some really good people who often work hard. Benefits Great mission This is not the old BJU, but it has some ways to go.

      Cons

      Some real idiots who often don't work or obstruct others from working. Salary Lack of viable business model Lack of skill covered up by bad ethics at the senior level - by a few Alienating base market, while not having fully developed a new market

      The work is very straight forward with not much happening often. Good environment to work in.

      Cons

      Minimum wage is something you have to expect because you will be working part time and the work is often easy.

      Good management in my department. People were fun to work with. Got to be around important political figures. Allowed flexibility at required events.

      Cons

      Low pay. High expectations for dress and scheduling considering the pay level.
