Health insurance plan, discounted educational costs for children, take one class at a time per semester for free while working full time, life insurance, access to university facilities (i.e. fitness center), good Christian company values.

Cons

Low pay, unless both spouses work, cannot make it on one BJU income. Would be OK for single person with cheap apartment.

great coworkers, clean workplace. Very light work load. two free college classes every year

Cons

Low pay, no benefits for family with little kids or those that want to Home School. Many of the co-works are only there to get free benefits.

I have a great boss. Who is ready and willing yo help out. The hours are super flexible to your schedule, being a student this aspect is a must.

Cons

Low pay. Some workers though super nice are inexperienced. Or not qualified for the jobs they have.
