Pros

Very skilled bosses who truly cared about my well being. They gave me promotions and even transferred me to other jobs based upon what would be best for me. They looked out for my best interest

Cons

Working in the dining common was difficult. I had to work every other Sunday. There are also some roles in the student life staff where we had to enforce rules that really should be removed or restructured.

There were pockets of friendly, caring employees. Depending on where you worked and with whom, living out your Christian faith was real and honest.

Cons

Atmosphere promotes legalism and a tattletale mentality, rulebook fostered employees to lie, transparency was not tolerated.
