I've been with the company for around six months. In that time I've really had nothing but positive experiences with management. They've gone above and beyond to make themselves available for input, feedback, and mentoring. There's a lot of positive energy in the executive team. Since being there, they've made a solid effort to make building improvements to accommodate some of the feedback they were getting from staff. Overall, I feel there is a genuine interest in making this a place people can build their careers at.

I have worked here for many years and have watched the company grow from under 50 people to, now, almost 100. I have grown from an entry level position to management. I love the family atmosphere and the laid back work environment. Although there are a lot of folks here, you get to know everyone and their stories. I enjoy coming to work every day and I can say that is all that I am asking for in a career. We have monthly BBQs, Annual Picnics, Holiday Parties including Halloween and Thanksgiving Potlucks and all kinds of events. There have also been some great changes geared to growing as a larger company, including eliminating some of the negative bad apples that were here. The new hires and the staff that has been here (now more motivated than ever) have been filled with positive energy and it has really made an impact on how fast we are moving as a whole now. Looking forward to even better things to come.
