Pros
I've been with the company for around six months. In that time I've really had nothing but positive experiences with management. They've gone above and beyond to make themselves available for input, feedback, and mentoring. There's a lot of positive energy in the executive team. Since being there, they've made a solid effort to make building improvements to accommodate some of the feedback they were getting from staff. Overall, I feel there is a genuine interest in making this a place people can build their careers at.
Cons
There are some further building / furniture improvements that could be made. Additionally, the company offers fewer vacation days than most.
