The company is young and cosmopolitan in the EMEA HQ (Brussels). The wages and benefits are high.

Cons

difficulties to deliver results due to a lack of decisions. Construction equipment industry is facing difficult business environment in the last years. The matrix organizational chart is diluting responsibilities. The new President will probably tackle this problem.

The floor employees care about the product that we make and want to make it right the first time. The people are what make the company go and I am proud of my fellow employees and they are what make it an enjoyable experience.

Cons

The arrogance of some foremen and their inability to listen to problems with obtaining parts and the time that is wasted waiting.
