Pros

Flexible with earned PTO, no attendance system, barely a dress code, decent insurance for reasonable rates.

Cons

3 separate family owned businesses bought out by an investment group and cobbled together under one enertprise name. Poor morale, lots of infighting, and corporate greed pretending desperately to be family businesses still so they don't lose their entire workforce at once.
