Even though they keep telling us we are going to get busy, we’re not. You don’t get to keep any additional cash tips or additional gratuities. Everything goes into a tip pool. Bartenders make the same amount as a server. In fact the resort tells guest & members to not give gratuities to the staff. Long days on your feet Management totally ignores staff’s feedback or ideas.
