Pros
When I worked at Body Central, I got great hours. The staff and management were (for the most part) cooperative, helpful, friendly, and overall a joy to work with.
Cons
Hours where never stable, meaning that one week you could have 29 hours and the next you could have 11 and distribution of hours was anything but fair at times, everyone complained about how much they hated their job, there was always some sort of drama going on (though that is to be expected within any company), and the other associates would try to steal your sales, which is just awful when we all have certain quotas we must meet. The company takes a lackluster approach to shoplifting, and in my years at Body Central I have seen many shoplifters simply walk out of the store because management themselves could not prove anything had happened. While Body Central IS a great company to work with, when given the opportunity to find something better I highly suggest you do it.
