-Amazing team dynamic -Helping women achieve their goals once and for all -Time flies as it's fast-paced and you are always adapting to new changes to help move the company and your team forward

Cons

-You need to find balance with your work/home life as it is very busy but, the team is there to help support that! -No benefits

Pros

Body Smart is run in a people centred way, envisaging to create a workspace that can be healthy, well paid and a matching work/life balance with flexibility to be accommodating to all aspects of personal health and well being.

Cons

A busy, thriving environment, not neccesarily a con but can sometimes lead to personal stress if not managed and discussed. Management are always open to discussing this and new ways of working to ensure this is not the case!
