What makes Body Smart stand out against other health & fitness companies is not just the results we get with our clients, it's the company culture and working with a likeminded team. I've worked in many high end & well known gyms & fitness companies in London and none come close to what Body Smart has to offer as a service and a place to work. You are encouraged to contribute and to come up with ideas to drive the business forward. You're challenged on what you say and what you do so growth is inevitable (which I love because then you're always improving!) The flexibility and remote work is a pro for sure, but on the list of pros it's further down. Being part of a company that's passionate about women's health & cares for their staff is the real pro! The work is challenging - it's definitely not a clock in and clock out job - so 100% is required.

I guess the only real con is that due to remote working I don't get to see everyone on a daily basis, compared to if you were in an office (or gym in this case) But that is made up with weekly team meetings!

Where to start - I love being part of a team who constantly pursue excellence and have strong values. We coach with integrity and are proud to be different to the other charlatans in the online coaching industry. The company has a caring, collaborative heart and it's a 2-way relationship that allows everyone to grow. Our clients' experience comes first and it makes me so proud to read their messages and reviews on a daily basis, detailing just how much we have changed their lives. Employee wellbeing is highly prioritised and you're encouraged to set boundaries and practice what you preach. There are well-structured processes in place to make workflows efficient, and suggestions/communication are actively encouraged to keep this improving (it is still a fairly new and rapidly growing business, after all!)

This isn't a con for us or our clients, but it's a VERY high bar to become part of Team Body Smart. You're expected to give 100% and mediocrity is not tolerated. But that's what makes it such a dynamic and rewarding place to work.
