      Great emphasis on work culture, great supportive environment for the most part- by no means would you get hired and left on your own. Also very supportive of career development and challenging you to grow within healthy expectations and support networks.

      Cons

      Sometimes corporate messaging has a disconnect with the reality “on the ground”. Large company often feels too large.
