Mostly friendly and talented employees, flexible working arrangements, RDO

Cons

Pay is not competitive and not fair with the amount of responsibility and work outside the standard DevOps practice. Some toxic Senior teammate abusing the system and constantly whining about work with very little input to team and get paid even more. HR/management doesn't really know who's working hard.

Good work life balance and flexible work hours. Rewarding work and great culture around safety.

Cons

Too much middle management and alot of these managers have no backbone. Too many meetings of which most people who attend do not value add. Too much fragmentation.
