- Worklife balance - Generous PTO - 401k match - Trying to become a more inclusive, diverse culture

Cons

- I've experienced extremely tight, stressful, "things due yesterday" deadlines to all of a sudden no work at all for a long while. Very jarring. Wish there was more consistent work. Boils down to management though. - Lots of leadership reorganization shuffling which you're not sure how that affects you - Diversity metrics are nothing to brag about
