Pros

Flexible on work from home. Steady workflow. Coworkers are super helpful. The company has a so many resources on engineering documents. Learn together program is pretty good. 10 for 10 401k match.

Cons

Not the best base pay on the market. Change is slow. More of a conservative/sustaining approach to engineering rather than innovating. Management not forthcoming. Like any big company, take what ever leadership says with a grain of salt.

Pros

1) Chill schedule with a lot of peers to communicate with 2) Great Experience and not a lot of pressure

Cons

1) You start off with a great income and then you start increasing slowly with the income throughout the years but all companies are like that. You just have to move from a company to a different one or move in levels within the same company to earn more money 2) Multidiscipline Engineer is great, but I suggest you try to experience different teams within Boeing as if you stay within Maintenance Engineering for a long time you are stuck.
