      HR thinks as if they are the boss of company All work on legacy technologies which no one cares now a days Managers in India are clueless and are good for nothing

      Pros

      Was rif'd after 30 years plus with the company. Loved working with the people and the technology. Great benefits - severance package, retirement and medical.

      Cons

      Right now the company is in the lets get cheaper younger people to do the work. I have now heard they will be replacing me with a new hire. Management are tied up in meetings all day and my manager never got to know me. In IT it seems as if you get a new manager every year.
