Pros

The culture is great, most everyone is very helpful and encouraging. Overtime is typically optional and not mandated.

Cons

Getting trained for your job is hard to get approved and so a lot of times is on your own time and money. This is especially frustrating as many people are new right now but there are usually people you can go to for help.
