Pros
Pay is average for industry. Usually able to work from home when needed, expected in office 5 days a week though. Processes are great when they are adhered to.
Cons
Management bids projects more than current workforce can handle, ALWAYS. Way too much bureaucracy means everything takes way too long and frequently, important processes are missed in order to meet schedule. Corporate Boeing doesn't care at all about individual workers and no individual input ever makes it past the immediate manager. Any deviation from standard pay or work expectations will always be vetoed. Managers are always encourage to minimize expenses. No negotiation will happen when it comes to starting offer.
