      Boeing is everything you've heard. The good and the bad. The nepotisim is a real phenomena @ Boeing. However, if you are driven, have initiative, educated or willing to learn and apply your self, be a self-starter, friendly, young-a-heart, and willing to go-the-extra-mile, you will be compensated. If you seek a mentor, and find one who genuinely looks out for you, you will be given more and more responsibilities that will advance your career. You will find a community that will help take you where you want to go. Team Work Makes the Dream Work.

      Cons

      No Matter Who you are related to, If you are a laze-about, this work is not for you. That goes for Union and Exempt empolyees. Boeing will give and give, until they have been wronged. At which point, you don't want to be on the wrong side of the fence.
