      Pros

      Boeing encourages self-instruction, the ability to learn on the job, and the freedom to work on a variety of projects. If you would like to do something techy yourself, you don't have to wait on IT - you can generally do it yourself, and therefore build up skills on your resume. You don't get shot down like some employers do.

      Cons

      The unrelenting stream of work and demands never stops. The stress is constant. There is no way one would be able to finish their assignments within 40 hours a week. Additionally, hard-working, competent employees are punished with more work and more responsibility, while loafers and those who clearly embellished their skills while interviewing are "rewarded" with the ability to go home at the end of the day stress free.

      Pros

      The company strives on diversity. They have a broad spectrium of careers for just about any profession within its corporation. There are many diversity and inclusion groups providing development and inclusion focus. The pay and benefits are top notch.

      Cons

      Pockets of poor leaders practicing intimidating behaviors and retaliation. Growth tends to be available for teammates that contribute to perspectives of leadership rather than what is best for the customer, product or teammates.
