Salaries are solid, but don’t quite compete with Silicon Valley companies. On the other side of this pandemic, the company is still grappling with the culture/work style that will attract and retain the next generation of engineers and technical workforce. They have not established a consistent long-term framework for remote work and little has been done to update older office buildings. Other than restrooms, not much is done to keep office spaces clean. The company is highly driven to meet aggressive customer schedules while trying to staff teams. It can be extremely stressful and overloading depending on where one is in the company. This could slightly improve over time as aerospace tends to be cyclical in staffing levels.
