Pros
Excellent Pay and Benefits. A lot of overtime if you are into that.
Cons
Profit versus Quality. Upper management wants you to finish as many jobs as possible so they can look good and get higher bonuses while you are held accountable if the plane crashes. They tried to get rid of quality teams until the second 737 plane crashed. With the layoffs going around, it looks like they are back on that idea as they are laying off quality employees hired all the way from 2011.
