Cons

Surprisingly, in the realm of Information Technology, Boeing is far behind many other companies of similar size and stature. While there are pockets of brilliance and people who are truly industry leaders in their area of specialization, the typical Boeing IT employee lacks the skills normally expected of an Information Technology employee. For whatever reason, Boeing IT has a disproportionate number of highly non-technical people amongst its population.
