- A very slow paced environment. If you're one who's smart, wanting to work hard and move forward, you'll definitely be met with subtle push back from others -- kind of the mentality of "don't try too hard.." but without anyone actually saying it - Tries to "seem fair" but its no different from Boeing's traditional roots ... very tenure based vs performance based

Hit and miss with mid-level managers. Some are good, some are awful. Upper management is a joke. They are completely removed from what is actually happening. Waaaaaay tooooooo many meetings. Completely useless meetings. Too many changes for the sake of making change. Pretty much a typical office type of environment. If you have a choice, stay away from the Travel Accounting Dept. no matter what!
