Good employees, good bosses, great place to gain skills and understand how to work more effectively in the work place

Pros

Designing and building airplanes is a blast. The salary and benefits package is decent. The company is big, so if you want to do something else you usually can without leaving the company.

Cons

Large company. Typical large company issues. Some people get carried along when they shouldn't be. Union mentality keeps the company from growing more in Seattle/Puget Sound. Many times late nights and weekends required because the new approach seams to be a 24 hour company.

When it's good it's good, when it's bad it's hell

Pros

Good benefits compared to other companies, relatively good job security, everyone knows the company name, can move around extensively within the company.

Cons

They can move you around at will within the company, useless HR when things go wrong, if your boss dislikes you - you're screwed, pay is somewhat lower than other companies.
