Good pay, benefits, and time off. Depending on your team you can have virtual days and a flexible schedule.
Cons
Leadership is disconnected from employees and more focused on delivery numbers than building quality planes , most management lacks direction and seems to either micromanage or not manage at all. Training relies on tribal knowledge and a few people figuring it out and showing everyone else. Competency is rewarded with more work.
