Pros
Boeing offers good benefits. Being a large company there is always the possibility of new direction coming with new management.
Cons
There is no future in manned space flight at the Boeing located in Houston, Texas. There are only a handful of projects which are mostly sustaining. Even those are starting to downsize. The management has become increasing worse over the years. It has become too much to stay. The leadership has boiled down to a small group trying to desperately remain in power. They lack vision and motivation to grow the company.
