- Excellent work-life balance - Hours are extremely flexible - Great technical knowledge - Great benefits and pretty good pay
Cons
- Upper and middle management is pretty - Transferring internally only allows parallel moves (such as not being able to transfer internally from a level 1 to a level 2) - No stock options and the purchase plan is a measly 5% discount - Large company, so things move slow - Non technical managers
