Pros

Development, education assistance, technology, career growth, location, health care, salary and benefits, community outreach, Boeing will work with you to define you career goals. The union works hard to make sure you have rights.

Cons

Demanding, race to the bottom mentality. The usual "do more with less" but they haven't figured out how to keep the morale up.
