Jobs tend to be decently stable, lots of opportunities within the company if willing to change job titles, benefits are good compared to other similar companies - 10% match with instant vest, fully paid school, $5k/year towards pilot school, etc.
Cons
Tend to get silo'd into a certain role since the projects are so big, not much room for engineering design decisions unless high up the totem pole, base comp is poor compared to other big companies.
