We’re like a family. Everyone wants to help each other and see each other progress. Support system is like no other.

Cons

You’re put to WORK. Terrible work life balance. Hopefully you’ll be put on a program that has the funding for OT.

Lots of overtime You’ll be overloaded with work Programs are falling apart If you have to work in a skiff, you’ll hate your life
