-With the challenges the company has faced in recent years and the layoff's that followed from financial turmoil, many employees don't feel job security. -The recent organizational changes may have an impact on pay and bonuses. -Like many companies in this industry, although there are many locations, if you want to work in a very specific discipline, you have to be open to the possibility of having to work in a less desirable city.
