Pros

Chennai is a good city to live cost-wise and Boeing is a big MNC. That is the only plus point.

Cons

No room for growth, less salary than market standards (for aerospace), less employee benefits, lot of politics. Please join the company if you want to waste the precious years and ruin your career.
