Topped out pay is decent and there is tons of overtime available.

Cons

The company is such a big machine that nobody can change anything. You'll tear your hair out watching idiotic behavior and processes continue simply because nobody has the authority to change it. There is a lack of management brilliance the leads to the company not being able to get out of its own way.
