Pros

- The people are great. Made going to work everyday fun. - There are some good events. - The beverage side of the company and the brewery industry are exciting.

Cons

- They are somewhat of an old-fashioned company, and many of their business values and practices are behind the times. Upper management is resistant to change, so new ideas and initiatives take months or years to incorporate. - They don't always respect ideas, experience or collaboration. The mentality can feel like "my way or the highway."

Pros

-The people are wonderful and is the reason why I liked working there -Had a few company events that were fun -It was a good starting point for a career

Cons

-The pay is very low (bonuses are very low as well) -They would rather hire new people (especially leadership positions) than invest in the workers they have so it is difficult to grow within the company -The culture has been going downhill and support from some of leaders is hard to find -They are a very "lean" company so you are doing more work than one person can handle which leads to a stressful work environment

Cons

Management has no follow through If you're in support you do not have work/home balance because sales gives you all their work. Too much water cooler talk
