Pros

Leaders in our space. Great tech. Trying hard to avoid getting absorbed by parent company BAE's beurocratic nonsense. Many very cool branches of tech to learn.

Cons

An annoying amount of bureaucracy trickles down from BAE & the government. Doesn't have the same game company vibe it used to have.

Pros

Development teams constantly pushed the boundaries of the gaming engine and solution implementation. Management team constantly wanted to support the development teams.

Cons

Too many deliveries that converge at the same time, taking up resources and burning out development teams, over and over. Great to have the business but burnout was a real threat for many.
