      Good benefits and PTO. Good for an internship. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      No real HR department. Upper management not qualified for positions. Promotions are given to those who are favored and have been on corrective action. If you work hard this is not the place for you. Sales is not measured accurately bonus given annually.
