Great Teamwork. Owner is very alert to our properties and their needs. Boisclair has great communication within the company. Boisclair continues to grow and has a great future ahead serving many people in need of housing. There is plenty of training and advancement within the company to help employee succeed in their jobs and they provide the resources to help our residents to succeed in our communities as well.

Some property managers get lost quickly and need to be trained to understand their budget better.
I value that Boisclair cares about their employees. They care about communication and making sure everyone knows how to do things the same way. I think the communication could be more organized but it definitely has potential.
