Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Flexible work environment if you work for the right person.

Cons

Does things the way they always have. Says they are open to need ideas and innovation but are not. Supervisors are determined by longevity and. OT skill set. No real development or training programs for associates or supervisors. Everything moves at the pace of snails. Lots of meetings for the sake of meetings. Micromanaging galore and too many cooks in every kitchen

Pros

Work hours are good and bonuses

Cons

The branch is 100% boy club. No communication or training then if you do something wrong they prefer to write you up than communicate. Managers are condescending to the women that work there. No opportunity to further yourself with the company if you are a girl
