Incompetence is an apparent job requirement for supervisors

Plenty of overtime (although it is usually mandatory)

Cons

The compensation is not even close to comparable for the working conditions and job requirements. There is no such thing as holidays or family life when working there. The majority of supervisors are not qualified to supervise a lemonade stand.
