Best reasons for working at Boise Cascade is the pay and the benefits, the long hours and days is the only downfall in my opinion

Decent pay, great benefits. Continuous steady employment at the plywood mill.

Cons

at times, production volume was more important than production quality. Because of the union contract, there was a parent/child atmosphere between management / workers. Very odd, not necessarily a team working environment.
