      Pros

      Not much to add here. I used to run a dozer for them and loved running equipment. But my boss at Div 5 was great. Higher management were idiots

      Cons

      As said before higher management were idiots and didn’t appreciate their employees in the slightest. They just wanted to sail thru to retirement.

      Cons

      Bad bosses, Bad employees, Treat you with no respect, you are considered "expendable", Promise jobs or incentives and never honor it, Doesn't want you to use vacation time at all, Fired threats to motivate workers , bald morale
