Good Pay for Management, Personal Growth, Pushed for High Customer Service Standards, Clean

Cons

Accountability was missing, Kitchens overheat in summer, worked in multiple locations some older store layouts were lacking functionality, few ways provided to help motivate staff, policy and procedure not consistently followed. Culture was trying to be different than it was but not quite reaching expectations.

Pros

decent hours, $1-2 above minimum wage, fairly simple and anything is good for experience.

Cons

they expected me to know things automatically, nobody wanted sit down and show me everything at once, they all gave me answers to my many questions but took over if I asked too many questions. BASICALLY TRAINING IS HORRIBLE, so basically be extra extra attentive to what they are doing around you, because you might have to do it unexpectedly, with the manager on duty to train you while he expects you to understand it. TAKE IN ALOT YOUR FIRST DAY, ASK QUESTIONS WHEN EVERYONE KNOWS YOU ARE NEW, DONT LET THEM DO IT FOR YOU.

Its a great friendly work environment. The bonds you make with regular customers is so great.

Cons

Hours are always being cut becasue trainees are always being brought in. and starting wages arent so great.
