if your desperate for money

great employee meals. If your good at counting money they will work with you if you need certain days off.

Cons

Hard work with little pay, minimum amount of respect, and they will schedule you to work when your not suppose to. you only get paid 7.25/hr and don't look for a your raise anytime soon after your first year, because you wont get it.

Pros

Growing and established company with proven methods. If you can accept the constant schedule changes you probably have a secure future. You will not get bored if you like to stay busy.

Cons

Management is not flexible an will not change methods because most of what they do makes money and works, so they think that everything they do is right. They usually don't have enough product made, afraid of waste, to make their model work at peak performance. Then you look bad because you have not completed orders fast enough.
