I really can’t think of any!

I had a unit director that didn’t know what he was doing. The area director didn’t want to listen! Was treated unfairly and this made a hostile work environment. I worked in three restaurants during my training and they are all the same! Run far away from this company! They only care about money and nothing about you! There is also NO career growth, no raises as promised, and definitely no work life balance! This place also states they have culture and values? I would like to know where? The only time I got vacation was when I was sick and the doctor pulled me out of work! The Stress i went through is not worth this job!
