Rude managers, bad timing, bad pay, bad environment, bad overall

Poor pay. I feel like you’re getting paid too little for the amount you do. Constantly. I despise when employers have the schedule put out, then on a separate paper they have another schedule of who goes where… if I’m not scheduled to work that day. Why are you putting me on the on your floor plan schedule , telling me I’m late and need to come in when I wasn’t on the actual schedule to begin with. I don’t understand why they didn’t just say that they were short staffed, and to ask me if I could come in. Versus straight up lying & accusing. It happened multiple times at my location.
