Possible to get small raises after just a few months of being hired

Does not follow guidelines for scheduling minors. Attempts to hold minor accountable for limitations parent sets and works school age minor past 10:30 during the week on a regular basis. Excuse given is that they can’t leave until the manager unlocks the door one time for everyone.
